Kdo je Comfort-el?

Comfort-el je specializirano podjetje za domofonske sisteme v Sloveniji. Osredotočeni smo na načrtovanje, dobavo, montažo in podporo domofonskih sistemov proizvajalca BTicino (Legrand) za večstanovanjske objekte, hiše/vile ter poslovne objekte.

Imamo več kot 550 projektov in več kot 14.100 zadovoljnih strank.

Zakaj vgrajujete samo BTicino?

Ker želimo stabilen, dolgoročno podprt sistem. BTicino je del skupine Legrand in je eden ključnih pionirjev 2-žilnih BUS domofonskih sistemov. To pomeni preverjeno tehnologijo, dobavljivost komponent in možnost nadgradenj.

V čem se Comfort-el razlikuje od konkurence?
  • projektiramo sistem tako, da deluje stabilno in je pripravljiv za nadgradnje,
  • pogosto izvedemo zamenjavo vertikal, če to izboljša stabilnost in kakovost (če cevi to omogočajo),
  • izvedbo naredimo po standardu proizvajalca (BUS logika, delilniki, meritve, spoji),
  • ponudba je jasna in skladna z izvedbo (brez “presenečenj”),
  • nudimo 4-letno garancijo na material in vgradnjo (Comfort-el garancija).

Ponudbe, cene in doplačila
Kaj pomeni “osnovna notranja enota” v ponudbi?

V ponudbi je vedno določena “osnovna” notranja enota (npr. slušalka 344232 ali avdio prostoročna 344282 — odvisno od projekta in dogovora).

Za naprednejše enote (video, Wi-Fi) so doplačila, ki so za vsako enoto posebej jasno navedena v ponudbi. Tako se stanovalci odločajo glede na potrebe, želje in ceno.

Kje so v ponudbi prikazane cene?
  • Finančna konstrukcija: praviloma prikazuje postavke brez DDV (odvisno od ponudbe in ciljne publike).
  • Doplačila za notranje enote: praviloma so na zadnjih straneh ponudbe in so običajno navedena z vključenim 9,5% DDV.

Če stranka želi samo doplačilo, se AI/ekipa sklicuje na doplačila. Če želi “koliko me to stane skupaj”, upoštevamo osnovo + doplačilo in pravilno obravnavamo DDV glede na prikaz v ponudbi.

Zakaj se vaša ponudba zdi bolj kompleksna kot pri konkurenci?

Ker vsebuje ključne elemente, ki odločajo o stabilnosti sistema in kakovosti izvedbe: predstavitev zunanjih enot, notranjih enot in funkcionalnosti, proces izvedbe, reference, ter jasne pogoje. Naš cilj je, da stranka natančno ve, kaj bo dobila.

Kaj pomeni postavka “prilagoditev inštalacije”?

To pomeni, da obstoječo inštalacijo pregledamo, izmerimo in uredimo tako, da bo 2-žilni BUS sistem deloval stabilno. To vključuje:

  • pregled vertikal in odcepov do stanovanj,
  • meritev in odpravo slabih spojev v dozah,
  • vgradnjo potrebnih elementov (npr. delilniki, napajalniki, razširitveni moduli),
  • po potrebi zamenjavo odcepov ali izvedbo obvodov (če cevi niso prehodne).

Delamo po standardu proizvajalca, da je delovanje brez težav.

Kaj se montira najprej?

Tipičen potek (odvisno od objekta):

  • prilagoditev inštalacije (doze, spoji, delilniki, meritve),
  • montaža notranjih enot,
  • vgradnja napajalnih in razširitvenih elementov v omarico,
  • montaža zunanje enote (po potrebi INOX prekrivna plošča zaradi stare odprtine),
  • konfiguracija in testiranje (slika, zvok, odpiranje).
Kako dolgo traja montaža?

Časi so odvisni od inštalacije in dosegljivosti stanovalcev. Okvirno:

  • 1–9 stanovanj: približno 1 dan
  • 10–30 stanovanj: 1–3 dni
  • 30–100 stanovanj: 3–7 dni
  • nad 100 stanovanj: odvisno od kompleksnosti inštalacije

Montaža notranje enote v stanovanju običajno traja približno 10–15 minut, v posebnih primerih dlje.

Varnost, RFID, prenapetosti in pogoste napake
Kako deluje RFID obesek in kaj če se izgubi?

RFID obeski so programirani tako, da so povezani s posameznim stanovanjem. Če se obesek izgubi, se ga lahko programsko izbriše iz sistema in s tem onemogoči vstop s tem obeskom.

Kako prepoznam, ali RFID čitalec deluje?
  • ko ima napajanje, običajno sveti rdeče,
  • ko zazna veljaven obesek, zasveti zeleno in pogosto zapiska,
  • pri nekaterih objektih je pisk namerno izklopljen, zato je ključna rdeča/zelena indikacija ter “klik” ključavnice.
Vrata se ne odprejo – je kriv domofon?

V praksi je zelo pogosto težava v ključavnici ali vratih (ukrivljenost, mehanski upor). Domofon/RFID čitalec sproži odpiranje, mehanski del pa ne “popusti”. Zato pri diagnostiki vedno preverimo tudi mehanski del.

Kaj je s prenapetostmi in garancijo?

Prenapetostni sunki (omrežje, strela, remonti) lahko poškodujejo elektroniko. V takih primerih garancija praviloma ne velja, zato je pomembno pravilno ravnanje ob remontih in po potrebi dodatne zaščite (po dogovoru). Servis se obračuna po ceniku.

Wi-Fi, aplikacija, video klici in oddaljeno odpiranje
Kakšna je razlika med video in Wi-Fi video enoto?

Video enota: video klic in odpiranje deluje znotraj sistema (v stanovanju).

Wi-Fi video enota: omogoča preusmeritev klica na telefon (aplikacija) – vidite obiskovalca, se pogovorite in odprete vrata tudi na daljavo.

Kaj potrebujem, da Wi-Fi deluje?

Potrebujete stabilno Wi-Fi omrežje na 2,4 GHz (ne samo 5 GHz). To je najpogostejši razlog, da klic ne pride na telefon ali da je povezava nestabilna.

Ali lahko odprem vrata brez poziva?

Da. Vse notranje enote omogočajo odpiranje vrat tudi brez poziva, če je domofonski sistem tako skonfiguriran.

Razširitve, nadgradnje in prihodnost sistema
Ali je sistem primeren za nadgradnje v prihodnosti?

Da. Sistem projektiramo tako, da je primeren za dolgoročno uporabo (20+ let) in nadgradnje.

Primeri:

  • kasnejša menjava avdio notranjih enot v video (če je sistem dimenzioniran in pravilno izveden),
  • razširitev ob novih stanovanjih (po ogledu in tehnični preverbi),
  • pri večjih sistemih dodatni moduli/napajalniki za stabilnost in razbremenitev linij.
Servis, vzdrževanje in podpora
Kaj če sistem po prenovi ne deluje?

Pogost scenarij je, da mojstri med prenovo snamejo notranjo enoto iz nosilca in povzročijo stik na BUS vodih. Sistem se lahko zaščiti in delno “izklopi”. Naš servis najprej diagnosticira vzrok in nato stabilizira delovanje.

Kako zagotavljate kakovost pri velikih objektih?

Sistem dimenzioniramo tako, da prenese tudi prihodnjo nadgradnjo (npr. če se kasneje odločijo za več video enot). Pri mešanih avdio/video sistemih je stabilnost odvisna od pravilne izvedbe in pravilne topologije – zato uporabljamo standard proizvajalca in preverjene postopke izvedbe.

Kakšna garancija velja?

Comfort-el nudi 4-letno garancijo na material in vgradnjo (Comfort-el garancija), kar presega standardne garancijske roke proizvajalcev. To je možno le, ker delamo zelo natančno in profesionalno.
